- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆2017-11-08, by Lisa YuleMy Mother had windows fitted and was very happy until she had a problem.Some time ago the window handle wouldn't open the window.I rang the company and was told it would be a £40 call out charge to look.I advised they were their windows and she lives half a mile away from the company and as an eighty year old surely they could swing by on the way back from a job.Yes the company advised for £40 labour and parts on top.If thats after sales service I wouldn't buy from this company again.
