- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆2017-05-02, by chris phillipsPoor quality products when comparing to Wickes Screwfix and B&Q etc, especially doors and ironmongery and lack of returns service if products are faulty. Open warehouse door exposing timber products to the elements (I question whether their doors and timbers are stored correctly as both of mine were warped and twisted) and Howdens did not offer a refund. Also very often when a product is ordered and they say it will be available by a certain date, they usually are not available when they say they will be!! Orders are regularly wrong and incomplete too.. Dodgy outfit run poorly!
